HosPro has taken over operations of Lanternen Brasserie and is currently leading a full repositioning and rebranding into Lanternen Yacht Club — a Hamptons-inspired destination designed to elevate the Oslo summer experience.

We developed Olympique’s concept, oversaw its launch, and continues to manage operations, events, and strategy in Norefjell.

We supported their venue “Trekanten” by implementing a new cocktail program and enhancing coffee service.
Vågå Nasjonalpark
Vågå Nasjonalpark runs a hotel and three F&B outlets in Norway. We optimized costs and operations, reducing staffing expenses and increasing efficiency.
